The whole experience was made so much better than it could have been by the excellent efforts of your company.
On my arrival,your driver was waiting for me with my name on a board and I was in my hotel within the hour.
Your driver turned up right on time at my hotel on departure day and I was at the airport in plenty of time.

I have just returned from an excellent holiday in Fethiye and thought i would drop you a note thanking you for the excellent level of service we received.I chose your firm to transport my family from Dalaman Airport to Fethiye on the basis of your excellent and professional website and I wasn t disappointed.Despite our plane arriving 45 minutes early your driver was waiting for us holding a board with our name on it. The vehicle used for the transport was in excellent condition and I don t think I have ever been in such a plush mode of transport! The cool bottles of water offered by the driver were enjoyed.The return trip was similarly as good with the driver arriving 10 minutes early. Arriving late and in the middle of the night on the 30th of july to find your driver wating for us with my name on a board outside the airport was a great relief, then supplying us all with cold bottles of water for our journey to calis was a nice touch. The return just journey by back to dalaman airport went just as smooth, with your driver turning up exactly the time you said he would in your booking confimation e-mail . I want to thank you for the outstanding service received on our holiday Fethiye, traveling to and from Dalaman Airport to Hotel Letoonia Fethiye.Our experience was completely different from our last expereince in using a transfer via another company - where we where crammed in to a coach with our four young children with eight other holiday makers, with no airconditioning,one child sitting on my knee with no seat belt,(we had booked a private vehicle),to then be offered water to buy at a price,and then dumped in Fethiye at night at the side of a road - miles from our hotel. A complete nightmare. I will use your company again and recommend you without hestitation.Transfer was on time, bottles of water given,car seats as requested - drivers helpful.

I am contacting you to give you feedback on my recent experience of airport transfers with your company.The whole process from beginning to end has been an absolute joy.The booking service has been simple and straightforward.At arrival at Dalaman, your driver was present at the outside waiting area, clearly displaying my name and was very polite and welcoming. The vehicle was immaculate and cool, and we were offered a drink immediately. Your driver took my bags immediately and loaded them for me. The journey was peaceful and we arrived at our hotel relaxed and refreshed. Again your driver unloaded our bags and took them into the hotel reception for us.The return journey was equally faultless and the driver promptly arrived 10 minutes before schedule. Again very polite, taking our bags, offering us a drink and with another spotless vehicle. We arrived at Dalaman airport in plenty of time and very relaxed for our flight home.We were very sad to leave Turkey.

Booked a transfer with F.A.T. for a holiday in Olu Deniz in June 2011.The service is brilliant,the driver was on-time (although we were an hour late) and the Mercedes minibus is undoubtedly the best one in the car park!! Same excellent service on the way back. payment option is brilliant also,would highly recommend this company.
